“I had a gastric sleeve in 2016 and I weighed 143kg. Today I weigh 71.5kg. It’s been 4 years since my surgery and I have kept my weight off. It’s been a tough journey for me as I was diagnosed in March 2018 with breast cancer. I believe this surgery saved my life.
If I didn’t have this surgery I may have never found the lump and may never have coped with chemo and radiation, and working full time right through my breast cancer journey.
So I just want to say thank you to Dr Adib for saving and giving my life back.”
