Lemon Coconut Protein Balls: Ingredients List
- 150g almonds
- 35g shredded coconut
- Juice of 2 lemon, approximately 100ml
- 80g protein powder
- 4 seedless Medjool dates
Easy Protein Balls: Directions
- Add the almonds in a food processor and process until they form a nut meal.
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Slowly add lemon juice until the mixture is moist enough to form balls. Be sure to add the lemon juice slowly as too much can make the mixture too wet or sloppy.
